Acceptance of Terms

Your use of nagat77 confirms that you are entering into this Agreement voluntarily, that you are doing so as a private individual and not as a professional or commercial operator, and that you accept full personal responsibility for your gaming activity on the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of nagat77 and close your account.

Language and Interpretation

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of any clause, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative reference. Governing Law

Where duplicate accounts are identified, nagat77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void any bonus credit or winnings accumulated across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from future registration.

Identity Verification (KYC)

nagat77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit proof of identity and proof of address at any stage — including at the point of withdrawal, at account creation, or when requested by the platform's compliance team. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months for address verification. Account Security

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on nagat77 may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is awarded as bonus credit and is subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Conditions

User Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

Closure by nagat77

nagat77 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Inactivity for a prolonged period, subject to the platform's dormant account policy.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. nagat77 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered email address before any dormant account action is taken. Players with dormant accounts who wish to reactivate their account should contact the support team directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagat77 and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction.

Service Availability

Third-Party Services

Maximum Liability Cap

Where nagat77 is found liable for direct losses suffered by a player due to a demonstrable error on the part of the platform, the maximum liability of nagat77 shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000 — whichever is the lower amount. This liability cap does not apply to cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of nagat77.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and nagat77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — written or verbal — between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
